Terms of Service

1. What NoiraWork is

NoiraWork is a job-search automation tool: it reads public listings, prepares applications from your profile, and sends them at your pace. We are not a recruitment agency and do not guarantee employment — the final decision is always the employer’s.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, CV, and every application sent from your account.

2. Account & free trial

The trial lasts 30 days with all features included. One trial per person. We use technical signals (account, device) only to prevent abuse, never for ad tracking.

You must be at least 16 (or your country’s minimum legal age) to use the service.

3. Subscription & payments

After the trial, Premium costs €0.99/month (taxes included where applicable). Payments are processed by Stripe with Adaptive Pricing: the final amount may show in your local currency.

NoiraWork never stores card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from your account or the Stripe portal.

Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds except where legally required.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload CVs with false data, impersonate others, use the motor for spam, or bypass anti-abuse limits.

We may pause the motor if we detect fraud, risk to third parties, or breach of these terms, notifying you whenever possible.

5. Your data

Your CV, profile, and history are stored securely in Supabase (EU). Export everything from Settings and request full deletion from your account. Deleting your account removes profile, applications, settings, and connected keys.

Third-party API keys (e.g. JobsPipe) are stored encrypted and only used to read listings on your behalf.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee responses, interviews, or hiring — they depend on the market, your profile, and each employer.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes & contact

We will announce material changes by email or in-app. Continued use means acceptance.
